Fan Art Friday -- It's Morphin' Time Edition

ALL IMAGES WERE FOUND ON GOOGLE AND DEVIANTART AND  BELONG TO THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS

I'm not sure who did this one, but they are a genius.

I came across this one and it must be shared with the world.

Everytime I see this online, I stop and appreciate it's beauty and nostalgia factor.

Just to prove that this post isn't a tribute to the Green Ranger, here's one of Lord Zedd being attacked by a fangirl.  I can totally hear his voice while reading this.

Here's one of Mia, the Pink Samurai Ranger.  She was my favorite out of the 6 from that season.

So this represents what I watched as a kid.  So awesome.

And here, to end this post, is one of the most memorable villains of all time, Rita Repulsa.  This particular pic was found on deviantart.

That's it for now.  See ya in the next blog!

Summer Anime 2014

Summer is upon us and you know what that means: extreme heat, crowded pools and BOOBS, BOOBS EVERYWHERE. Wanna stay cool this summer?? Then stay home and watch these animes:

Sword Art Online II: This sequel welcomes you to the gun show! The new series is adapting the Phantom Bullet arc and introduces us to the heroine Sinon (she first appeared in the PSP game Infinity Moment).

1 year after the SAO incident, Kirito is approached by Seijiro Kikuoka from Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Department “VR Division” with a rather peculiar request.

That was an investigation on the “Death Gun” incident that occurred in the gun and steel filled VRMMO called Gun Gale Online (GGO). “Players who are shot by a mysterious avatar with a jet black gun lose their lives even in the real world…” Failing to turn down Kikuoka’s bizarre request, Kirito logs in to GGO even though he is not completely convinced that the virtual world could physically affect the real world.

Kirito wanders in an unfamiliar world in order to gain any clues about the “Death Gun.” Then, a female sniper named Sinon who owns a gigantic “Hecate II” rifle extends Kirito a helping hand. With Sinon’s help, Kirito decides to enter the “Bullet of Bullets,” a large tournament to choose the most powerful gunner within the realm of GGO, in hopes to become the target of the “Death Gun” and make direct contact with the mysterious avatar.

Premieres: July 5.

Sailor Moon Crystal: The first Sailor Moon anime to appear since 1996's Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars.  Usagi Tsukino is a second-year middle school girl who is a little clumsy and a crybaby, but she is full of energy. One day, she meets Luna, a black cat with a crescent moon on her forehead, and she transforms into Sailor Moon, a sailor-uniformed pretty guardian of love and justice! As a chosen guardian of justice, Usagi seems to have a mission to find the Illusionary Silver Crystal with the other guardians and to protect the princess.

Meanwhile, the queen of the Dark Kingdom, Queen Beryl, also sends minions to the town where Usagi lives to obtain the Illusionary Silver Crystal, which has immense power. This causes strange events to unfold….

Can Sailor Moon really find the Illusionary Silver Crystal with the other Sailor guardians, and protect the princess…!?

Premieres: July 5

Free! Eternal Summer: Picking up where Free! Iwatobi Swim Club left off, we find Haruka Nanase and his friends Makoto Tachibana, Nagisa Hazuki and Rei RyĆ«gazaki resume their normal lives at Iwatobi High School, Rin Matsuoka finally accepts his past and repairs the bonds with his friends following the swimming tournament. While he decides to continue following his dream of becoming an Olympic swimmer, a new competition looms over the heads of the Iwatobi High Swimming Club as they continue training to improve their performance.

E3 -- One Week Later

In my last post, I talked about my expectations for E3.  I was wrong about pretty much all but one.  Unlike last year, I was unable to watch any of the streams they had live due to computer issues.  So this time around, I'm going to post videos about what I'm excited for.

Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U

Sonic Boom for 3DS/Wii U

Final Fantasy Type-0/Agito for PS4, Xbox One and smartphones

Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMix

That's it from me for now! See ya in the next blog.

E3 Predictions

With E3 right around the corner, there are certain games that I care about that I hope that make some sort of appearance.

Kingdom Hearts 3: This game made it's shocking first appearance last year with the announcement of the plot, a trailer and that it was in development for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

2014 Predictions: I wouldn't be surprised/disappointed if it didn't show up this year as Nomura had said that he thought it was too early to announce the game.  That and this'll (hopefully) be the year for this next game on my list.

Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMix: This game is highly anticipated.  Like it's predecessor and also on Playstation 3, this game include Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, and HD cutscenes of Kingdom Hearts ReCoded.  The Final Mix versions of these games were never released in America.

2014 Predictions: I'm expecting a release date for all territories, a trailer, and (I'm hoping too much for this) some sort of pre-order bonus.

Final Fantasy 15: Last year, we got a trailer and a name change.  It was Final Fantasy Versus XIII.  It's currently in development for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

2014 Predictions: A new trailer, release date and possible bundle.

Batman Arkham Knight: This was not at last year festivities, and was originally slated to be released later this year, but has recently been pushed back to next year.  The final entry in the Arkham series, has players able to drive the Batmobile.

2014 Predictions: Since the push to next year, I'm not expecting anything from this title.

These are my predictions.  What are yours???  Comment below!

That's it for me for now! See ya in the next blog!

1 Year Later...

UPDATES:
I still have reviews and more Fan Art Friday pictures coming.

I'll be covering E3 again, so comment below on your predictions.
